Please note that the cruise requires a minimum 20 guests on board to be able to confirm departure. If in certain circumstances the cruise does not depart on your booked day, we are able to re-schedule to a date convenient to you. You are also able to choose our other cruise option which is 7 hours day cruise to Tivua Island.

Prices and Currency
All prices quoted are in Fijian (FJD currency) dollars and inclusive Fiji government taxes & levies. This is subject to changes according to amendments made by the Fiji government (and or addition of new taxes). As such, Dynasty Tours & Travels reserves the right to alter all prices if necessary. Any increase in price must be paid before departure of any tour or sightseeing.
All excursion and package rates advertised are local rates and are subject to change according to travel dates which may include Public Holidays, High and low peak, travel seasons. Traveler will be requested to present a local ID upon booking confirmation and check in at any of the desired excursion purchased.
How to Redeem
Once your booking is complete and payment is successful, you will receive an e-mail confirming your booking. Please allow at least 72 hours for your voucher confirmation to be issued, this can be shown at your entry/ check in point. Subject To Availability
All excursions and packages advertised are subject to availability and in case a certain service is not available for your chosen dates; we will offer alternative dates. However, if you are not satisfied with the alternative dates, we will be happy to refund your payment and cancel the booking.
Cancellation and Refund Process
Cancellation charges will be levied for booking cancelled after the issuance of the vouchers. All requests for cancellation and refund must be received in writing by Dynasty Tours & Travels reservations team email: email@example.com, at least a week prior of booking date
Refund requests for curtailed stays/ services cannot be processed unless provided with documentary evidence from the supplier. All refund requests are subject to obtaining a written refund approval from the supplier and no refund can be given without this approval.
The service provider reserves the right to process and approve refunds to which they may also charge an administration fee.
Full refund may be issued under the supplier’s right to cancel or change operation policy due to unforeseen events- shall no other schedule be convenient for travel. Also, any activity which is complimentary and not charged, will have no refunds processed.
If you have a complaint while on tour, kindly contact the service provider immediately. Once the service is complete, no refunds will be given for unsatisfied services.
