We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. please contact us at mudrenicagi@gmail.com if you have a issue with a product or want to return an item.

Please note that the item to be returned must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged, unopened, or unused, with tags, and its original packaging. You will also need receipt or proof of purchase.

Please inspect your item carefully on delivery and contact us immediately if the item has been damaged in transport or if you've received the wrong item. The sooner you contact us the sooner we can make it right.

Exceptions

Certain types of items cannot be returned including:

• perishable foods, flowers or plants
• custom products, special orders, or personalized items
• personal care items, beauty items, soaps, body oils, body balms

Even though these items cannot be returned please contact us by email detailing the problem/issue and we will try to resolve the problem.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure that you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is acceped, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've accepted the return and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, your original purchase will be automatically refunded using your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
