This device runs on Huawei Mobile Services(HMS) instead of Google Mobile Services(GMS). The device will support android apps however those that require Google support will not be available. This includes Google Play Store, Google Chrome or any other apps that belong to the suite of Google branded applications. Alternatively, you can use AppGallery or Petal Search to download/side load apps you might require provided it doesn't need GMS to run it.
