You have 7 days from the date of purchase to request a refund. After 7 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

  1. Proof of Purchase:

To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider's policies.

  1. Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  1. Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us to arrange for a replacement.

  1. Damaged or Defective Items:
