• Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please notify us within 3 days of receipt with details of the incorrect item.

Non-Eligible Returns:

Please note that we do not accept returns for the following reasons:

• Change of Mind: Returns due to change of mind are not accepted. We encourage you to carefully review your order before completing your purchase.

Return Process:

2. Approval: Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
3. Shipping: Once your return is approved, please ensure the item is in its original condition, with tags attached, and packaged securely. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
4. Replacement: After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send a replacement, as per your request.  Refunds will not be entertained.

• Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
• Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
