Pehnawa - Return Policy

Delivery & Returns
Pehnawa use an express delivery service for all national and international orders so that we can ensure your order reaches you as soon as possible. To ensure your package gets to you we require physical address, preferably the address you will be at during the weekdays. We will send you tracking information when your order is dispatched so you will know where it is at all times. Please allow an extra 2 days for alterations where applicable. Orders are subject to stock availability.

*Delivery time is measured from the the date your order is dispatched and you receive your tracking information.

There are a few countries that we sadly are unable to deliver to. If you are unsure about shipping to your destination, please contact us.

Online Returns Policy

You can return item’s purchased online (unless stated non-returnable on product page) to the Pehnawa Online Store within 14 days of receiving your order. Further, please note we cannot return or exchange beauty products or imitation products.

Can I return my online order in store?
Online orders can be returned to any of our physical stores within 14 days of receiving delivery. Products must be in originals condition with all packaging and a proof of purchase. We will happily provide an exchange or issue a store credit.

Unfortunately refunds cannot be issued in physical stores. They will be processed between 2-5 working days of us receiving your order.

All refunds will incur 20% restocking Fees (20% of Purchase price).

How do I return my online order?

Once your return has been received, a refund will be processed on to your original payment method.

Will my refund include courier charges?

Unfortunately we cannot refund courier charges unless the product is not as described.

Returns policy for purchases made from physical stores

For items purchased from our physical stores, we will exchange or issue a store credit if items are returned within 14 days of purchase, provided items are in original condition with all tags attached along with proof of purchase. Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds for items bought from physical stores. All refunds will incur 20% restocking fees

Can I pick up my order in store?

No – Sorry all purchases from our website will be couriered as the same items may not be available in store.

Can I return my online order in store?

Online orders may only be returned at our stores within 14 days of receipt.

Once your return has been received, a refund will incur restocking fees of 20% on the purchase price

Will my refund include courier charges?

Unfortunately we cannot refund courier charges unless the product is faulty.

Do I have to pay duties or taxes on international orders?

Import duties, taxes and brokerage fees are NOT included in the product price or shipping cost, and may be collected upon delivery from the carriers for certain orders. These charges are your responsibility as we only charge for the transportation fee for the packages. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs could be.

Info & Care
Our beautiful garments and accessories have been specially hand crafted by artisans. They are very delicate and should be looked after with the special treatment and love they deserve. With wear some beading and embellishments can come off. This is a natural characteristic and not deemed to be a fault.

Please avoid rubbing against rough surfaces and be cautious wearing elaborate jewellery to avoid fabric pulling.
