At House of Salt, we take great care in crafting and packaging our products. As our salts, oils, and wellness items are food-grade and personal-use products, we can only accept returns in the event of damage during shipping.

• If your order arrives with damaged packaging or compromised product quality, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

• To help us resolve the issue quickly, include your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photos of the product and packaging.

• Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund for the affected item(s).

We do not accept returns for change of mind or opened/used products. Thank you for your understanding and for supporting sustainable, handcrafted products from Fiji.
