Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help!

✅ Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • You provide proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt).

⚠️ Note: Due to hygiene reasons, used bedsheets, kitchen items, or home items cannot be returned unless defective.


? Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered.

  • Items without original packaging or labels.

  • Customized or clearance/sale items.


? Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item (for a different size, color, or variant), please contact us within 7 days. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request depending on availability.


? Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status. If approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.

  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method or as store credit (based on your preference).

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we’ll cover the return shipping cost.

  • For other reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
