Ready-Made Items & Variety Goods

• Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of purchase with the original receipt.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

• No refunds will be provided; only exchange or store credit is allowed.

Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or altered garments

• Undergarments and innerwear

• Accessories such as buttons, threads, laces, and fabrics once cut or used

• Sale or discounted items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If an item is defective or incorrect at the time of purchase, please notify us immediately or within 24 hours for an exchange.
