1. Scope
This return policy applies to all products purchased from Dreamscape by Akaleshvara.
2. Return Timeframe (14 Business Days)
If you wish to return a Product to us, then you must contact Dreamscape by Akaleshvara within 14 business days of receiving the Product to arrange for it to be replaced if manufacturers fault is identified.
3. Return Condition
Products will only be replaced if a manufacturer’s fault is confirmed after assessment.
4. Return Process
Returns must be arranged and delivered to a nominated return point as instructed by the seller within the return period.
5. Risk During Return
All Products you wish to return to us remain at your risk until they are delivered to the sellers nominated address.
6. Warranty
Standard warranty applies, and does not cover damage caused by misuse, liquid damage, physical damage, or unauthorized modifications.
7. General Rule
Returns outside the 14-business-day period will not be accepted except where required under applicable warranty terms.
