Foodcity Supermarket - Return Policy

Bula Customers, thanks for shopping with Foodcity Supermarket "on ur way 2 home". We value your continuous support and apologise for any inconvenience caused.

A Refund or a Replacement item will be given for: Product quality issues relating to Fresh Food Departments (Fruit, Vegetables, Deli, Meat, Seafood or Bakery); and for any other product quality issues, a refund OR a replacement will be given.

Please note, it is the customers' responsibility to ensure the products are delivered to them that is not damaged or expired. If the customer is unsatisfied with the products, the customer has seven (7) calendar days to report such issues with the product to us on 992-1007 or via email: vitikart@lokia.com.fj.

If there are any physical damages once the product is delivered to the customer by our courier services and signed off, we or the courier company will not be held liable and the products can not be returned.

Items on clearance or reduced to clear will not be refunded.
