Customers may return products purchased within 7 days from the date of purchase, requesting for an exchange or refund subject to the terms and conditions of the Customer Return and Refund Policy below.

You may return, exchange or request for a refund on products purchased depending on a number of circumstances including; change in preference, damages/faults in products or otherwise not as described or different from the order. The following conditions have to be met for any return, exchange or refund.

- Product(s) should be in the original condition with essential tags and packaging. The item should be unworn, unused and as sold.
- Original Sales Receipt/Invoice should be available.
- Product(s) sold under warranty, terms and conditions apply as stated in the warranty. However, warranty does not apply where the item has been damaged due to abnormal use or misuse.
- Gift cards, consumables and other personal care products cannot be returned.
