RETURN POLICY

Greetings to our valued customers, thank you  for shopping with Blue Nile Pte Limited. 

Please note, it is the customers' responsibility to ensure the products are delivered to them is in merchantable quality. If the customer is unsatisfied with the products, the customer has seven (3) calendar days to report such issues to us on 2000695 or via email: bluenilefiji@gmail.com

Incase if there is a physical damages once the product is delivered to the customer by our courier services or In house Delivery team and deleivery is duly acknowledged, then the courier company or our delivery team will not be held liable for product replacement or refunds.

Items on clearance or reduced to clear will not be refunded.
