Viti Store - CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY

Delivery, cancellation, return, refund and replacement policy for web-based orders.

Thank you for your Vitikart purchase. We hope you are satisfied with your purchase.
However, if you are not completely happy with your purchase for any reason, you
may return the item to us for an exchange only.

Delivery
VS is committed to delivering your orders accurately on time always.
However, web order customers are advised of the following policy regarding online orders.


Order cancellation
We encourage our customers to be fully aware of the products they plan to purchase.
However, at times our customers may realize that they have ordered the wrong item after confirming their order.
VS permits these customers to cancel their order within 12 hours from the time of original order.
For orders that are cancelled after 12 hours or if products are already in transit for delivery,
the customer is not entitled to cancel these orders.
VS has all the rights to reject the cancellation and refrain from refunding the purchase.


RETURNS
If the customer is not happy with the product upon delivery, products may be returned for a refund* or replaced. Please refer below our Goods Return and Exchange Policy.
Cancellation can be processed as a credit for future purchases or refund in full, subject to a surcharge fee for that transaction*.
VS reserves the right to change this policy without prior notice.

RETURN PROCESS
All returns must be postmarked within seven(7) days of the purchase date. All
returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and
labels attached.

To return an item, please email customer service at vitikart@pharmacyfiji.com to
obtain a *Returns-Authorization (R-A) number. After receiving a *R-A number,
place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to
the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges.
We strongly suggest that you use a trackable method to mail your return since returns will
only be processed once received at the designated address above.

EXCHANGES

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will
process your exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days after we have received
your item to process your exchange. You will be notified via email once your returned item
has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS
Please note, defective or damaged inventory will not be dispatched and proper inspection is always
carried out before dispatching any item either for online or store sales.
VS accepts no responsibility for any damage caused during deliveries.
However in the rare event you come across a defective or damaged products, please contact us at the
contact details below to arrange a exchange.

All items marked as on-Sale items are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
