Return Policy 

Refund 

If the the customer is not satisfied with the product upon delievery, products maybe returned for a refund or replaced. Cancellation can be processed as a credit for future purchases or refund in full subject to surcharge in both the cases change of mind or refund. Customers are always advised to contact us at n_nazeen@yahoo.com or calling us on 9999913/9999912 for any queries or clarifications pertaining to this policy.

Aromas Fiji reserves the right to change this policy without prior notice.

Remember that you are responsible for charges on return shipping. You should also save your tracking number so you can check when your merchandise returns to us.

Refund Process 

Once we have recieved your returned item and inspected its condition, your return or exchange will be processed in 7 working days. Please allow that amount of time for us to process your return or exchange before contacting us on its status. Customers who paid with credit cards should allow 1 to 2 cycles for their refund to show up on their statements. You will recieve an email from us once your return finishes processing and your refund is on its way.

Remember that you will be refunded the price of product only. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
