Deadline for return or exchange of product

If unhappy with the product, it must be returned within 7 days of its receipt.

Delivery charges for exchange/return

For both exchange and return of item, delivery charges to be borne by customer.

Validity for return

1. The product must be in original unused condition as purchased with packaging intact.
2. The product has not been damaged whilst in the customer's possession.
3. If the product is not in resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse return or exchange.

Information Required

Proof of purchase and photographs of the item intended for return.
