As a customer, it is your first priority to check the products properly and inform us via email for any defects.
If any defects exist with the product, we have a 15-day return policy for our local customers from the date of purchase.
The item will be examined by our professionals and you will not be liable for any replacement if the products are:
* Damage caused to the product by you or any other person either deliberately or accidentally.
* Original item has been replaced with another item.
* Normal wear and tear.
* No proof of purchase

After examining the product, our team will notify you via email and your product will be replaced with the same or like products. If we are unable to replace then you will be entitled for a full refund.
You will be liable to pay for the shipping costs for return of a product.
In order to qualify for a refund:
* The item should be returned in the same condition.
* The item should be with the original packaging.
* The item should be accompanied with proof of purchase.
Upon receipt of the return item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, where you are entitled to a refund. If you are entitled to a refund, we will refund you purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
You will be liable to pay for the shipping costs for return of a product. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
