  1. Electronic Products: Due to the nature of digital products such as e-books, these products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once they have been downloaded or accessed.   2. Non-Electronic Products: We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of purchase. However returned items must be in new, unused, and resalable condition, with all original packaging and accessories. If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the issue promptly.

3. Electronic Product Refund Exceptions: While digital products are typically non-refundable, we understand that there may be exceptional cases, such as accidental duplicate purchases or technical issues that prevent access to the content.   2. Non- Electonic Products: To request a return or exchange, please contact our customer support. Provide your order number, a brief description of the reason for the return, and any relevant photos if the item is damaged.

5. Canceling Orders:

  1. Electronic Products: If you have accidentally purchased a digital product and have not yet downloaded or accessed it, you may request to cancel the order within 24 hours of the purchase. To do so, please contact our customer support with your order details, and we will process your cancellation request.
  2. Non-Electronic Products: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

6. Return Shipping for Non-Electronic Products:

  1. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of damaged or defective products.
  2. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your product.
  3. Please clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.

7. Refund or Exchange for Non-Electronic Products:

  1. Upon receiving the returned item and verifying its condition, we will process your refund or exchange.
  2. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
  3. Exchanges will be processed promptly, and replacement items will be shipped as soon as possible.
