I'm Tracey Ann Farrington, an award-winning Australian fashion designer who has proudly called Fiji home for the past 16 years. Fashion has been my life's work. For more than four decades, I have designed, manufactured, wholesaled and retailed original fashion collections inspired by the world's most beautiful coastlines. From Melbourne's St Kilda Beach and Sydney's iconic Bondi Beach to Spain's Mediterranean coastline and now the breathtaking Fiji Islands, the ocean has always been my greatest source of inspiration. After graduating from the prestigious East Sydney School of Fashion, I launched my first business at just 20 years of age in Sydney's historic fashion district of Surry Hills. Since then, my journey has been driven by a passion for creating timeless resort wear that is both beautiful and effortless to wear. In the late 1990s, I founded the iconic Australian brand Bondi Beach Bag Co., which grew into one of Australia's leading beach lifestyle brands. For more than 30 years, our collections were sold through Australia's premier department stores including Myer and David Jones, while also reaching prestigious international retailers such as Harrods London and Harvey Nichols in both London and Hong Kong. Today, that lifetime of experience has evolved into Tracey Ann Farrington, a luxury resort wear brand proudly designed and manufactured in Fiji. Every collection begins with my own original textile artwork. I create bold, expressive prints that celebrate colour, movement and the relaxed elegance of island living. These exclusive fabrics are paired with flowing silhouettes designed to flatter women of all ages, shapes and sizes while offering exceptional comfort in tropical climates. I believe luxury should feel as beautiful as it looks. That's why our garments are crafted from premium natural plant-based fibres, chosen for their softness, breathability and graceful movement. Every piece is designed to become a treasured part of your wardrobe—whether you're relaxing at a luxury island resort, cruising the Mediterranean, or enjoying summer at home. Unlike many fashion labels, we are a fully integrated fashion house. From original textile design and garment development to manufacturing, wholesale and retail, every stage of our creative journey is managed within our own business. This allows us to maintain exceptional quality, authenticity and attention to detail in every garment we produce. Today, alongside my luxury label, I also own Beach Shack, Fiji's award-winning island lifestyle retail concept, offering a vibrant collection of fashion, gifts and beach essentials for visitors from around the world.
